Four storey building providing over 1000m² of high quality office accommodation, with fully glazed office/meeting room facility at roof level. Hardstandings around the building provide car parking for the office block.
This office refurbishment/fit-out’ project recently won the prestigious BCO Award for ‘Fit-out of Workplace’ London & South East region. By opening the ground floor slab to create a ground level working area, and including internal walkways and new mezzanine, making these changes has added 1,063m² of working space, previously unusable due to access restraints.
Acting as preferred engineer, we have undertaken a diverse range of projects for our client. These include the structural design of access platforms, plant supports, rooftop handrail installations and car park surveys for fire fighting strategies.
